There was an abundance of crisp, clean all-white looks displayed on the spring/summer 2012 runways so it’s no surprise that the white trend is hot, hot, hot this season!
I’ve always gravitated towards the simplicity of whites and creams and while sticky little fingers have made me reevaluate the practicality of neutrals, I still love them. Whites are the perfect foundation for another one of spring’s biggest trends, color blocking.

You look fantastic! I love the white trend. I found a blazer on sale last year at Benetton. But still haven’t been able to find a pair of white jeans that fit well and aren’t see through. Maybe this will be the summer I find them!

I love wearing white/cream, even after Labor Day! As you’ve stated though, it’s so hard to maintain this look with little ones around. Still so pretty though! I love how you’ve paired your blazer with black and that gorgeous pop of color.

I LOVE wearing white.
The thing is, when I take my whites to the cleaner, they never come back white white. They always, without fail, come back dingy.
Once, I took a pair of white linen pants to the cleaner and they came back cream. I was so pissed, I made the dryer give me money for the pants and then after staring at them for a week, I took them back to the store and they totally gave me a refund. So, I guess what I’m trying to tell you here is that I’m a dishonest mofo and it’s probably a good idea to stay away from me.
Remind me to ask you how you take care of your whites when I see you in NY.
I’ve pretty much stopped buying whites altogether.
