[lc lauren conrad floral ruffle hi-low dress]
It’s gotten considerable cooler in NYC, which is really cramping my spring style but I picked up this cute LC Lauren Conrad dress at Kohl’s.
I love its feminine silhouette with the ruffles, asymmetrical hem, and floral print. It’ll also transition perfectly from the up and downs of spring to the inevitable heat of the summer.
While I’ve layered it here for warmth, I also plan to wear it with flip flops and a big floppy hat on beach days. And hey, non-maternity clothes that work with the bump are always a plus!
For me, there’s nothing better than “double-duty” pieces that transition from one season to the next, pre- and post-baby.

You look great! I am definitely skipping true maternity clothes next pregnancy. I hated all the stuff I bought and didn’t realize at the time just HOW LONG you end up wearing the stuff.

Couldn’t agree more. I love pieces that serve double duty. When I was preggo, I only bought like one or two maternity pieces. You look so lovely and springy in that dress. And I love the chambray!
