This past week, editors, buyers, photographers, stylists, and fashion insiders descended on South Beach for five days of runway shows, presentations, parties, and special events for swimwear’s largest trade event– Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week SWIM 2013.
The Cabaña Grande and Oasis, located on the grounds of the historic Raleigh hotel, hosted the week’s sexiest runway shows with the industry’s most notable designers showcasing their 2013 Collections. Closer to 200 than 100 pounds these days, I can’t stomach posting photos of perfect, bikini-clad models but you can find great coverage of the shows directly from MBFW of course, The Huffington Post, and Talking With Tami (who I’ve been stalking on Instagram. If you love fashion, you need to be following her, trust me.)
Mary Kay®, the largest direct seller of skin care and color cosmetics in the world, turned up the heat at SWIM making up attendees with sizzling Miami looks in the Lifestyle Retreat Lounge.
