Last Thursday, Cousin Kat and I joined Microsoft and Lucky Magazine to preview the latest and greatest in Microsoft technology, as well as specially curated lifestyle accessories from Lucky.
I didn’t include tech gifts in my holiday gift guides this year because quite frankly, technology scares me and I’m not comfortable recommending products I haven’t personally tested/reviewed. But over pomegranate martinis and a great soundtrack, we got to try out some of this year’s hottest tech holiday gifts. Here are my favorites:
Xbox 360 and Kinect: The best all-in-one entertainment experience for the whole family. I love the Sesame Street 2-way TV experience for Bubba and Nike + Kinect Training for Leo and I. Totally debating whether Santa should bring this or not.
Surface: While I love my iPhone, I’m a PC user and need my Office products. This tablet and dock (in pink!) is high on my wishlist.
Wedge Mobile Mouse & Keyboard: Architecturally stunning, they give tablet users speed and full-size keyboard & mouse efficiency.
Skype Gift Cards: Such a great idea to stay connected to loved ones.

I love that sweater! This year we are cutting back on gifts in a major way, a bit nervous about it, but then again I don’t have to stress about it. I like the Skype gift card ideas, especially since I call Chile so much.
