A little background: Medical doctor Dr. Lisa Masterson of the Emmy Award-winning series, The Doctors, created Therafit to empower women with comfortable, customizable footwear that can be worn all day, no matter what the task at hand. By using multiple layers of cushioning and support with varying densities inside each and every shoe, the shock of each step is distributed downward and outward.
Built into each pair of Therafit is a patented cutting-edge technology: the outsole can be adjusted to allow an increase or decrease in impact resistance. The Therafit Personal Comfort System (PCS) Technology also utilizes three specially designed dual-density adapters located within the shock-absorbing wedge that can be removed to change the shoe’s impact resistance and cushioning.

What I like about the shoes are that they are stylish and that fact that they are breathable, shock absorbing, and long lasting.
I have always had the problem of shoes that just maintain all the heat and then my feet get beyond sweating and then my shoes smell and feel horrible. Since these are breathable that will lessen the chance of that.
