"Tk2J0q">"Tk2J0q" target="_blank">Abreva Conceal is a new cold sore concealer that hides cold sores in an instant and protects while it heals. After reading and hearing so many great things about it, I'm happy I got the chance to try it myself.

Abreva Conceal Cold Sore Concealer

The patch is meant for cold sores but since I didn't have one, I applied it over a blemish for review purposes.

It's a small, round, clear, non-medicated appliqué that sticks to the skin, creating a smooth surface to layer makeup over, and promises eight hours of coverage so you can go about your day with confidence.

I followed the instructions exactly and found Abreva Conceal really easy to apply. After washing and drying my face, I placed the patch over my blemish, pressed down lightly while holding it in place, and gently pulled away the applicator tab. It was that easy.

When I first felt the patch, I didn't think it would blend into my skin so well but it's really thin and light, and almost melted into place.

Applying Abreva Conceal Patch

Once it was on, I began to layer on my makeup as I normally do. I applied concealer first, then a little powder to blend it in. I finished with a bronzing powder all over to ensure evenness. I did not have to apply more makeup than I normally do. In fact, when I typically have a blemish, I tend to apply more, which can clog pores further.

Lip gloss, lip liner, and foundation also work well over Abreva Conceal.

I applied the patch in the afternoon and wore it for the rest of the day. It held up as well as the rest of my makeup and easily washed off during my normal nighttime makeup removal routine.

I'm really impressed with the ease of application and removal, and natural look once blended with makeup. I highly recommend Abreva Conceal if you suffer from cold sores. It's a definite game-changer!
