For the past seven days, I've been taking part in Meaningful Beauty's #YouthHasNoAge challenge to take care of my skin and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle similar to that of founder Cindy Crawford. I needed a good kick in the pants and the timing couldn't have been more perfect. With the warm weather and my summer fashion lust list, I'm feeling really motivated.

In addition to running several days a week, I'm having Shakeology and other yummy breakfast smoothies, which has really helped my energy level and curbed snacking. I've also been trying to get to bed early and am drinking tons of water. Flavored sparkling water was the key to kicking soda and now I'm addicted. And despite my crazy schedule, I also made sure to plan alone time this past week to relax and get a mani/pedi.

As far as my new skincare regimen goes, I've been using Meaningful Beauty's New Advanced Anti-Aging System including: Crème de Serum, Advanced Formula Lifting Eye Crème, Skin Brightening Décolleté and Neck Treatment SPF 15, Antioxidant Day Crème SPF 20 UVA/UVB, Skin Softening Cleanser, Wrinkle Smoothing Capsules, and Glowing Serum. My experience with the products has been nothing but positive.

To start, my skin is completely clear and very well hydrated. Testing new products can be a crap shoot but I'm finding Meaningful Beauty to be very gentle from the cleanser to the serums. The cleanser is almost too mild for my taste. It doesn't foam up and it's not great at removing makeup so I still needed a separate product to take off eye makeup at the end of the day but it's perfect for a fresh face in the morning.

The Day Crème is very light and absorbs quickly. The SPF 20 is higher than my tinted moisturizer so I like that and the line in general is odorless. I'm bad about night creams but I really love the Crème de Serum. It's also very light and doesn't make me feel greasy or shiny when I wake up. Between that and the Day Crème, my skin has a dewy summer glow to it and is much more hydrated than it's been all year.

Meaningful Beauty

I'm a huge eye cream fan, probably because my eyes were the first place I noticed signs of aging. Here are my favorite eye creams and I'll certainly be adding Meaningful Beauty's Lifting Eye Crème to the list. It's cooling, brightening, and reduces puffiness.

One of the biggest surprises for me in the kit is the Skin Brightening Décolleté and Neck Treatment SPF 15. I generally moisturize my neck a bit as part of my face but I've never given it the attention it deserves. I really like that the skincare system includes a separate product to address the lines and dullness of the neck and chest.

There honestly isn't a product I wouldn't continue using. The kit is an incredible value and I'm surprised by the sheer number of hydrating products that come with it! I've been browsing Meaningful Beauty's catalog and am dying to try some of the exfoliating options, the only other product I would add to my weekly routine.

Don't forget, I'm giving away 4 Meaningful Beauty anti-aging systems here. The contest ends at midnight so hurry up and enter! If you have any specific questions about any of the products I've mentioned, I'm happy to answer them. Just leave a comment below or email me.
