MULTIBERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
(preferably low-fat)
¼ fresh strawberries
¼ fresh raspberries
¼ fresh blueberries
¼ cup water
¼ cup ice

Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup fat free milk
(or any milk you prefer)
1 ½ tbsp lite chocolate syrup
¼ cup ice

In my quest to get into better shape for summer, I've been making a huge effort to have breakfast. As simple as that is, I'm completely content with a cup of coffee (or two) and don't crave food so smoothies are a great option. My boys love them any time of day and I've found they're an easy way to pack in the yogurt, fruits and veggies, and camouflage other goodies like vitamins and super foods.

My friends at alternaVites shared these delicious recipes for their favorite breakfast smoothies.
