Nike Training Club App is a full-body functional training app designed for you to make yourself whatever you want to be.

"pd3TIM">It's not easy starting a new workout routine while on vacation. We're eating out a ton and have friends and family visiting. But I managed to get in 2 "Get Lean" 30-minute Nike Training Club workouts, 2 runs, and some biking. To say I'm sore is an understatement.

The routines on the Nike Training Club app are no joke. I chose the "Beginner" level and was completely soaked when finished. I'm not used to doing many of the exercises given, which is great, but also why I'm so sore. I had to use the video function several times to make sure I was doing them correctly but while you're working out, even if listening to music, a voice comes over to remind you to keep your back straight or twist all the way to one side, etc. and also counts down for you.

I'm genuinely enjoying the app but I will warn that some of the workouts require equipment (i.e. a 10-lb dumbbell) and all require space to move around for walking squats, etc. and a mat or carpet. I was doing the workouts on the deck and had issues with the hard surface for some of the exercises.

My goal for week 2 is to get in at least 3 workouts.
