The Nike Training Club App is a full-body functional training app designed for you to make yourself whatever you want to be.

It's been 3 weeks since I downloaded the Nike Training Club app and I'm finally feeling strong and fluid in my workouts.

I ran 3 times this past week and did 3, 15-minute Nike Training Club area-specific workouts targeting my abs and legs.

Even Bubba got in on the action, showing me precisely how to look adorable while sweating through toe-touches:

Toe Touches

My motivation this week (other than looking and feeling better of course) came from downloading a bunch of fun music to keep me moving. I highly recommend combing through some new tunes if you haven't already. It made all the difference for me this week. Fit Chick in the City always has great, upbeat playlists recommendations but after my girl Natalia reminded me of this video on Facebook, Who's That Chick was the anthem.
