Can you believe Christmas is only 25 days away?! Eek! If you're in the market for toys and games, I had a blast trendspotting yesterday at Momtrends' Holiday Showcase. The event took place at a fabulous new condo development at 242 Broome Street in Lower Manhattan. We were treated to a tour of the penthouse with view for DAYS! I'll take it!
Dine Prive, a private dining service in Manhattan catered the event with edible delights almost too beautiful to eat!
The highlight of course was getting to see the hottest gifts for kids, up close and personal. Here's what caught my eye:
Amazon Fire HD 8 with Amazon FreeTime: I'm a huge fan of the kid-friendly programming on the Amazon Fire HD 8 for kids. With Amazon FreeTime, parents have a free suite of parental controls that give you the ability to set education goals and screen time limits, plus an optional browser of tens of thousands of kid-safe websites and web videos. The kid-safe bumper comes with it and is a must for protection! Can't beat the price, either.
Mabel's Labels: It pains me when my kids lose their belongings. Mabels Labels are THE cutest way to keep track of their things. I label everything with the kids names and my phone number! Such a cute and practical gift idea or stocking stuffer.
Lands' End: The Expedition Parkas in bright cheery colors are another one of my favorite gift ideas for kids. So practical and necessary but eye catching and fun. They'll want to wear it! I also adore these personalized totes!
American Girl: There won't be any under our tree this year (sniff!) but man are these dolls and accessories fabulous! From the 2018 doll of the year to this chick looking very happy it's wintertime in her Holiday Dreams Pajamas, you can't go wrong with one of these quality pieces for the little girl in your life.
