I'm not a fan of "diaper bags." Never have been. To this day, I carry this Prada tote if I need to pack baby stuff. The only draw back is that the main compartment is a bit cavernous and prone to disorganization.
At a recent school fundraiser, I won a basket of baby products including NappieSack, an organization system with pockets and zippered compartments that I can slide into my favorite bag or tote. NappieSack is one of those products I wish I had invented. The founder is a friend of a friend and a mom who wasn't ready to trade in her designer handbags for a diaper bag. The sack has made my favorite non-diaper, diaper bag, an even better carry-all:
The NappieSack bag is made of nylon, which is of course the most practical material, although I wish a leather option were offered as well. There are 15 pockets total and each sack comes with a changing pad that folds neatly and can be stored in one of the pockets.
NappieSack is a perfect fit for me. I love that I can transfer it from bag to bag, even my big LL Bean totes, to stay more organized. I can see myself using it well beyond the diaper stage.
